A style of massage that uses slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. The name “deep tissue” is used to describe the intention of the work, that is, to focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy is a form of massage utilized by active people typically involved in sports on a regular basis. This type of massage is often performed on athletes before, during, and after their athletic event; providing excellent benefits as part of their conditioning program.

Sports massage utilizes specific techniques of pressure strokes and stretches to help reach maximum performance and physical conditioning. This results in less chances of injury or pain. Maximum conditioning is enhanced by increased power, endurance and flexibility.

Prenatal Massage

Pays particular attention to body placement while pampering and soothing the expectant mother. It addresses new stresses on the body and helps keep the "mom-to-be" comfortable.


Zone Therapy of the hands and feet. It addresses the organs by massaging and stimulating correlating reflex points on the extremities.
